OpenURL Link Resolver

NISO Z39.88 OpenURL 1.0 support for seamless linking from discovery services

R2 Digital Library acts as both an OpenURL source (exporting links) and a target (resolving incoming queries from your link resolver) per the NISO Z39.88 OpenURL 1.0 specification.
